Why do we need to meditate?
We don't need to do anything at all. We get to.
We get to make a powerful choice in short moments to access ease and peace and to build a powerful connection with our selves beyond what you do, what others think of you and what you have. Now that is powerful.
Meditation is not about hours on a cushion in a cave where all your thoughts disappear. If that's been your experience - awesome - but it wasn't mine. Meditation was like torture for me trying to end the never ending train of thought.
That's why I dived head first into the real and practical and ancient and beautiful science of mindfulness and philosophies to calm the mind. It's why I teach the most beautiful simple gateway teachings of accessing YOU beyond who you think you are. It goes well beyond what any psychiatrist can ever teach you.
